Common questions

How do I add a spot? Tap the camera button, take or select a photo, and post it. Once enough people have posted the same place, it becomes a spot on the map for everyone.

Why don't I see spots near me? Lume has the deepest coverage in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area right now. Outside that, you can still post places and help build your area's map.

How do I cancel Lume Pro? Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Lume.

How do I delete my account? Open Lume, go to your profile, then Settings, then Delete Account.
